Graduate students in the Department of Biology are expected to conduct publishable research. Supervisors work closely with students to develop research questions, experiments and data collection. Supervisors mentor their students from project design and data collection through to research completion and publication. We encourage our students to present their research at regional, national, international conferences and financial support is available both from supervisors and the Faculty of Graduate Studies.
